Seikyo Omachi Nama Junmai Ginjo Sake (BTL 720ml)

Namazake that's actually, truly dry? Yeah, sign me up!  Ever since we featured Omachi rice sakes in Sake Gumi in June 2019, we can't get enough of this bright, herbal rice. Seikyo has all the fresh and juicy fruity aromas you want from a nama, but with a bodacious, lush, and silky mouthfeel owing to the bold character of the Omachi rice used. Enjoy aromas of cherry and apple followed by a hint of coca-cola in this silky sake.

We thoroughly enjoyed this with japchae noodles and kimchi, but this will pair nicely with any dashi-based dish or grilled fare - it's also fun and complex enough to just enjoy on its own!  Give it a shot.
